Green Bay Finally Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood Packers Win Superbowl XLV

Steve Young said "get this monkey off my back" after winning Superbowl XXIX. Young was finally able to win the big game after playing in the shadows of 49ers legend Joe Montana. Aaron Rodgers didn't utilize the same quote after the Packers defeated the Steelers in Superbowl XLV. However with this MVP performance and victory he has just as many Superbowl titles as Brett Favre the Packers legend. Along with the defense led by Clay Matthews after Charles Woodson and Sam Shields went down, the Packers were able to survive and win on football biggest stage 31-25. Rodgers out played Ben Big, it was Ben who looked liked he was playing for title number two opposed to the guy who was playing in his first Superbowl. Big Ben threw two interceptions, one was returned for a touchdown by safety Nick Collins. Green Bay loss offensive emotional leader Donald Driver as well. Injuries have been the story of this team during the season and they didn't miss a beat with a victory on Super Sunday. Pittsburgh was denied of it's 7th overall Superbowl and 3rd in 6 years, while Green Bay won it's first title in 14 years.
