 Equality ! Same “working” conditions. That’s all players in San Antonio wanted during the women’s NCAA tournament bubble. Social media post from players showed early on in the tournament how they were eating ( thumbs down ). As well as lack of equipment to workout. 

The NCAA after backlash from current players, past players, current coaches, media and fans. Quickly an upgrade came for the women. All they wanted in their bubble were the same things that their male counterparts receive in the Indianapolis button.

Women’s history month. What a time, what an opportunity to come together. 

Staley & Barnes Make Final 4 History

 It’s March Madness. It’s all women’s history month. Well at the University of South Carolina and at the University of Arizona = a pair of women making history.

The Arizona Wildcats clinched a spot in the Final 4 on Tuesday evening. Arizona is led by head coach Adia Barnes. South Carolina clinched a spot in the Final 4 earlier on Tuesday evening. They’ll be on opposite sides of the bracket Friday night in San Antonio when the national semifinals tip off. Arizona will take on Connecticut in the night cap on Friday. Earlier in the evening South Carolina will take on Baylor.

2 black head coaches in the women’s Final 4 is a first. Excellent to see history continuing to be made.
