 Equality ! Same “working” conditions. That’s all players in San Antonio wanted during the women’s NCAA tournament bubble. Social media post from players showed early on in the tournament how they were eating ( thumbs down ). As well as lack of equipment to workout. 

The NCAA after backlash from current players, past players, current coaches, media and fans. Quickly an upgrade came for the women. All they wanted in their bubble were the same things that their male counterparts receive in the Indianapolis button.

Staley & Barnes Make Final 4 History

 It’s March Madness. It’s all women’s history month. Well at the University of South Carolina and at the University of Arizona = a pair of women making history.

The Arizona Wildcats clinched a spot in the Final 4 on Tuesday evening. Arizona is led by head coach Adia Barnes. South Carolina clinched a spot in the Final 4 earlier on Tuesday evening. They’ll be on opposite sides of the bracket Friday night in San Antonio when the national semifinals tip off. Arizona will take on Connecticut in the night cap on Friday. Earlier in the evening South Carolina will take on Baylor.

2 black head coaches in the women’s Final 4 is a first. Excellent to see history continuing to be made. 

Current NBA Best Record : Utah Jazz

 2020-21 NBA season has a 72 game schedule. Just about have way through the regular season Utah, has the top record. 20+ games over .500 and counting. Coach Snyder literally has his squad playing as a team. Contributions from the bench and starting lineup. Mitchell and Gobert are their all stars yet that’s only where it begins. However it’s not where it ends in Salt Lake City. Certainly a team to keep an eye on the rest of this NBA campaign. 

Men’s March Madness

 Unfortunately the 2019-20 season came to an abrupt end. Covid 19 which caused a pandemic put an end to any chance of March Madness. Technically the Virginia Cavaliers won won it all in April 2019 are the defending National Champions. Due to the fact their was no tournament in 2020. Indianapolis, Indiana will be the host city for the entire 2021 NCAA Tournament. Usually March Madness takes place all over the country. Not the case in 2021. Nonetheless fans will be happy to watch teams go dancing regardless ! The 

Welp TB Wins Another SB

 Tom Brady won his 7th overall Super Bowl. The Buccaneers defeated the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. Meaning since Brady led New England to back to back Lombardi trophies after the 2003 & 2004 seasons = no repeat NFL champions since. Add the Chiefs to that list of unsuccessful teams trying to repeat recently. Brady was named Super Bowl 55 MVP. He now has more SB titles than any franchise in NFL history. The win help him surpass Pittsburgh & New England with 6. The 43 year old will be back for more, next season. It’ll be interesting to see where Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs go from here. Rematch anyone...?

Lighting - Lakers - Dodgers Win Titles During Pandemic

 2020 due to COVID-19 turned into bubble hub for the NHL and NBA. Then as the MLB playoffs moved along their was a bubble scenario. The Tampa Bay Lightning captured their 2nd Stanley Cup in franchise history. The Los Angles Lakers won their first NBA title since 2010. The Los Angeles Dodgers won their first World Series title since 1988. 

It’ll be interesting to see as all 3 sports are underway in 2021, which of the teams that won it all during the bubble, can repeat the feat again.

All 3 teams in their respective sports are favorites to recapture their championship success. 

Coach Chaney Rest Well

 Here at Sports247365, we are from and grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We had loved ones who lived in the same North Philadelphia neighborhood, where Temple University is located. We all know why coach John Chaney who passed away on Friday, is a basketball Hall of Fame coach (2001). 

Nonetheless what he did for his players : on the court, off the court, and in the classroom = priceless. The values he taught his players about life goes beyond putting the ball in the basket. 

Philadelphia as a city, North Philadelphia as a community, Temple University as an institution took a huge hit Friday when the 89 year old, who just celebrated a birthday : transitioned. 

Coach Chaney truly being missed is an understatement. 

Andy Reid Leads Chiefs Back To Super Sunday

 

The defending Super Bowl champions 2020-21 slogan : #RunItBack. Well the run it back tour continues next Sunday at Raymond James Stadium. Super Bowl LIV in Tampa, Florida will be the site. The Brady led Buccaneers will be their opponents. The Buccaneers stand in the way of Kansas City becoming the first back to back Super Bowl champions, since the Patriots did it in 2003 & 2004. Whenever Andy Reid decides to hang it up, he definitely has Hall of Fame credentials. At this point he is simply adding on. At his disposal aee a slew of offensive weapons led by Patrick Mahomes. 

New Conference New Team = Same February Game

 We are back ! Sports247365 is back for the first time in 7 months. As well as being back for the first time in 2021. We apologize for the delay. Nonetheless we are back like Tom Brady is back = appearing in the Super Bowl. Year one in Tampa after just about two decades in New England, a familiar game in February awaits TB12. The 6 time Super Bowl champion is trying to help Tampa win their 2nd in franchise history. 

With a Tampa win, over the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs, Brady would have more Super Bowl titles than the Pittsburgh Steelers & New England Patriots. The Steelers organization & Patriots organizations have 6 Lombardi trophies. Brady has an opportunity for his 7th.
