I personally never owned a pair of Starbury sneakers, however I did patronize his business with a Starbury hoodie. Starbury gear was sold in Steve and Barry, the store like Starbury company are no longer in business, well at least not in the United States. Marbury wanted to make sneakers affordable for parents and kids. He knew a family really couldn't afford the near or triple digit prices of other footwear companies. Ben Wallace another NBA All Star would go on to endorse Starbury for a brief period of time. Starbury still has an open and running website where select merchandise can be purchased.
