Jim Thome Hits 600 HR Then Returns Home To Cleveland

Jim Thome, is a future Hall of Fame slugger, he hit his 600th home run about two weeks ago while a member of the Minnesota Twins. Many baseball experts thought Thome could be coming back to Philadelphia, a team he signed with in 2003 as a free agent after leaving Cleveland. However Thome opted to join those Cleveland Indians. Philadelphia has baseball best record, while Cleveland is tied for 2nd place in the AL Central, during the writing of this article. Their still is an outside chance Cleveland could catch Detroit with a month to play, to make the postseason. Thome went where is heart was after making history. Jim has always been a classy guy and baseball people wish him nothing but the best.
