Kansas City will host Tennessee.
Los Angeles Rams at the Coliseum will host defending NFC Champion Atlanta.
Jacksonville will host Buffalo.
New Orleans will host Carolina.
The divisions with multiple teams that qualified for the postseason are : NFC South (3), AFC East (2) and the AFC South (2).
