Boston Celtics 2012 NBA Draft Selections Are Impressive

Coming off a grueling seven game series defeat to the eventual NBA Champion Miami Heat, Boston had an excellent NBA Draft. Ohio State All American power forward Jared Sullinger due to reports of a bad back, led to his draft stock falling. Celtics would go on to select Sullinger and Syracuse shot blocking center Thad Melo with back to back first round picks. Then in round two the Boston Celtics would select Kris Joseph from Syracuse as well, Joseph had a solid career for the Orange at the small forward position. Since the draft Boston lost Ray Allen to the Miami Heat, yet they added Jason Terry from the Dallas Mavericks. While Kevin Garnett opted not to retire and sign a multi year deal. Now the Celtics will go into the 2012-13 NBA season with a mixture of veterans and youth.
